A free meeting will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 2400 N. Josey Ln., in Carrollton. A representative of Dillon International, a licensed, non-profit agency, will give an overview of adoption from China, Korea, Haiti, India, Hong Kong, Ethiopia, Russia and Honduras.
