Inna Pecar, the Director of KidsFirst Adoption Services, LLC will speak about the process involved in adopting children from Russia, Kazakhstan, China, and the United States. She will go through each program in detail and will be available to answer any questions. The meeting is free of charge and open to anyone who is interested in learning more about adoption. The meeting will be held from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the KidsFirst Adoption Services office. The office is located at 8580 Cedar Place Drive, Suite 120, Indianapolis, IN 46240. The office is located just East of the intersection of 86th Street and College Avenue.
