I have been thinking about adoption for a couple of years now. I became a mom at 17 and have had four children of my own and raised three step-children. The ages are 21,19,18,17,16, 13, and 10. I feel very blessed to have had all of these children in my life. But, I still have love to give to more children. It has come to me that I would love to give my love to a child who needs a good home rather than have another child of my own.

My oldest daughter has cystic fibrosis. I woul be willing to take a child with cystic fibrosis in a heart beat. I do child care in my home and am available to stay home and raise my adoptive child. I have one adoptive little girl from China in my day care and she has been so inspirational to me!
