My first adoption in Russia was paid for by refinancing the condo that I lived in and had equity in. For my next adoption with the economy the way it is I will not be able to do that. I am looking at

My first adoption in Russia was paid for by refinancing the condo that I lived in and had equity in. For my next adoption with the economy the way it is I will not be able to do that. I am looking at a domestic adoption through the county first since that will require very little cash. Otherwise I will consider a county with lower fees and look for any grants that might be available/
